Integrations TalentLyft integration with Chat Your Job. **This position can be either based in Sydney or 100% remote in Australia or New Zealand** Aircall, a fast-growing SaaS startup, was founded in 2014 to help clients set up cloud-based, team-focused call centers that can be seamlessly integrated with their own customer relationship management (CRM) systems and help desk software. You’ll work closely with our global support team (New York & Paris) to efficiently identify, solve, escalate and advise our customer’s on their questions and concerns for the APAC region.
In doing so, you’re a key player in growing Aircall. As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be an advocate for our clients and the heart of Aircall by promoting product education and helping other businesses to achieve their goals.
